Job Description

NTT DATA is seeking a professional to join their team in New York, New York. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ETL/ELT solutions to support enterprise data integration, migration, and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and providing production support for ETL processes.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ETL Development, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing projects.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, etc.).
• Minimum 4 years of experience writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience integrating data from various sources (APIs, flat files, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, etc.).
• Knowledge of data quality validation and data governance.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Travel may be required (typically up to 10-20%).

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in relevant technologies.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with data lake architecture.
• Knowledge of Python, Shell Scripting, or Java.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Exposure to MDM and Data Governance solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL development.
• Experience in consulting environments with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of various data domains (e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc.).

Additional Information
