Job Title: Tech UGC Creator
Location: Remote (based in US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/UK preferred)
Job type: Contract
Compensation: Monthly retainer, plus performance bonuses
Expected output: 30-60 short-form videos per month
We are hiring US-based UGC creators to create and publish short-form social content for established niche dating apps. Content will cover dating, relationships, lifestyle topics, and app features. All content will be tasteful and non-explicit.
This is an ongoing contract position paid through a monthly retainer. Depending on the agreed content plan, creators will produce and publish approximately 30-60 videos per month.
Requirements
- Comfortable creating content about dating and relationships
- Natural, confident, and relatable on camera
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Able to produce content consistently and meet deadlines
- Responsive to feedback and willing to test new approaches
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Access to a good-quality smartphone
- Access to a quiet, well-lit filming environment
- Fluent in conversational English
Experience creating content for apps, technology, dating, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred. Previous viral or high-performing content is a HUGE plus.
Additional Information
Paid Trial: Candidates who pass the interview will complete a one-week paid trial consisting of five working days. Creators who successfully complete the paid trial may receive an ongoing monthly retainer agreement.
