Job Description

MilanX Productions is a creative agency based in Charlotte, NC, specializing in experience-based and lifestyle brands. We are seeking a freelance videographer and editor who can capture more than just footage, instead focusing on atmosphere, emotion, and storytelling. The role entails creating a range of content from social-first pieces to full brand films, commercials, and campaign work, adapting shooting techniques based on the intended format and audience engagement.

Requirements

Skills:

• Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency with video recording equipment and camera setup techniques.
• Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Davinci, or similar programs.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for video production to enhance visual quality.
• Ability to operate audio equipment for capturing high-quality audio during shoots.
• Strong understanding of photography principles as they relate to video content creation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.

Contract Details

This position is freelance and project-based, with no fixed schedule. Opportunities will be provided as projects arise, and your involvement will depend on availability and fit. Flexibility is imperative.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: From $35.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 4.0 – 20.0 hours per week.
• Benefits: Flexible schedule.
