Job Description

Welcome to Enterprise Monkey, where innovation meets digital transformation! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and maintain business applications using the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, APIs, workflows, automation, and third-party integrations. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing scalable solutions, automating business processes, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
• Create and manage custom functions, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, validations, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with and customize Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Creator Portals based on business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between multiple Zoho applications to create seamless end-to-end business workflows.
• Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and user-friendly Zoho solutions.
• Automate manual and repetitive business processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain custom APIs, custom functions, and integration logic.
• Manage data migration, data synchronization, and data transformation between Zoho and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, workflows, scripts, APIs, integrations, and automation.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.

Proficiency in Deluge scripting.

Strong understanding of Zoho CRM customization, workflows, blueprints, approval processes, functions, reports, and dashboards.

Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and XML.

Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party software and services.

Understanding of data migration, data synchronization, and API-based integrations.

Good knowledge of business process automation and workflow design.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Creator Portals.
• Experience with Zoho Flow and other Zoho automation tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
