Job Description

Hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise application platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or related technologies. Experience in SaaS product support, web front-end development, or quality assurance is preferred. The role requires a good understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle and strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities. Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing service or support role, as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills demonstrated through prior work experience. A passion for continuous learning and professional development is essential.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as C# and Python.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts outside local business hours and, when required, cover a weekend day based on business needs.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems using connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
• Knowledge of extending Power Platform capabilities using custom connectors, plugins, JavaScript, or Azure Functions.
• Understanding of security, user roles, permissions, and compliance controls within Power Platform environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dataverse, bot frameworks, and building copilots or agents using generative AI capabilities.
• Strong capability in building custom business applications using Power Apps Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Portals with low-code or no-code approaches.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio for building conversational agents and AI-driven support experiences.
• Experience integrating solutions with Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Teams, and third-party applications.
• Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts and Microsoft Dataverse data modelling, including tables and relationships.
• Ability to customise user interfaces, business rules, forms, and views to meet business requirements.
• Proficiency in integrating Power Platform with external systems using connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
• Experience managing environments, solution lifecycle management, version control, and change deployment using DevOps and ALM practices.
• Proficiency in building Power Automate cloud flows and business process automation across services and applications.
• Hands-on experience with custom connectors, on-premises data gateways, and dataflows.
• Understanding of Copilot capabilities within Power Automate.
• Awareness of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, governance, and administrative controls.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio administration, publishing, and agent integration.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for Desktop (PAD) and desktop automation workflows.
• Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Effective and professional interaction with customers to gather information, communicate updates, and drive issue resolution.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in support environments.
• Demonstrable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Cross-team collaboration.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
