Monthly Production of Social Media Recipe Videos for MONIN

Videographer is needed in Düsseldorf, Germany.

MONIN Deutschland is looking for a freelance videographer and content creator for a long-term monthly collaboration. Once a month, you will work on-site in Düsseldorf for a half-day shoot, independently operating the in-house camera setup to film approximately 10–12 first-person beverage recipe videos using hand shots. You will edit and optimise the footage for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other digital channels, adding captions, ingredient lists and on-screen text in line with MONIN brand guidelines.

We need ready-to-publish final files delivered on a USB drive. Initial onboarding and guidance will be provided, but you should be comfortable taking ownership of the filming and editing process with minimal support. The collaboration is initially planned for 6–12 months, with potential to extend. Monthly content should be delivered by the 22nd to allow for feedback and revisions, with all final videos completed by the 1st of the following month.

About the client
I am the Social Media & Communications Manager at MONIN. We produce premium syrups, liqueurs, fruit mixes, and other beverage solutions for the hospitality and coffee industry. As a premium brand, maintaining a high-quality and visually appealing presence across our channels is a key priority. Over the past months, we have invested in new in-house equipment to enable content production directly from our studio. Our goal is to further elevate the premium look and feel of our content while increasing efficiency in the production process. While classic recipe videos will remain an important part of our content strategy, we are also open to exploring new formats that feel more cinematic, creative, and engaging for social media audiences. At the moment, we work with an external videographer who brings his own equipment, while one of our team members prepares the drinks during the shoot. Going forward, we would like to simplify this setup. Due to limited internal resources and shifting priorities, we are looking for a freelancer who can take ownership of a larger part of the production process and work as independently as possible. Ideally, this person would be comfortable filming recipe content in our studio, editing the footage according to our brand guidelines, and delivering ready-to-publish videos for our social media channels. Initial onboarding and support will, of course, be provided by our team.
