Job Description

We are looking for Organic UGC Creators to create and publish short-form social content for established niche dating apps. Content will cover dating, relationships, lifestyle topics, and app features, all being tasteful and non-explicit. This is an ongoing contract position focused on authentic, organic social content rather than polished commercial productions. Most videos would be 15–60 seconds long, filmed vertically with a smartphone, and created for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Requirements

• Portfolio of short-form video work is required; applications without one will not be reviewed.
• Experience or comfort in creating content about dating and relationships.
• Natural, confident, and relatable presence on camera.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Able to create authentic organic content rather than traditional advertisements.
• Consistent content production and deadline adherence.
• Responsive to feedback and open to experimenting with new content approaches.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Access to a good-quality smartphone and a quiet, well-lit filming environment.
• Fluent in conversational English.
• Experience creating content for apps, technology, dating, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Previous viral or high-performing short-form content is a HUGE plus.

Additional Information

Expected Output: 10 short-form videos per week / approximately 40 videos per month.

Compensation consists of tiered weekly base pay plus performance bonuses:

• Weekly Base Pay: $125–$175 depending on the number of qualifying videos.
• Performance Bonuses based on views can earn creators up to $1,800 for high-performing videos.
• Payments are settled weekly.

Paid Trial: Candidates who pass the initial portfolio review and interview will complete a one-week paid trial consisting of five working days, with the possibility of an ongoing contract.

How to Apply

Include your portfolio links, performance data for your strongest videos, links to current social media accounts, a brief introduction, your current location, your availability to produce approximately 10 videos per week, and your earliest available start date. A resume may be included, but portfolio quality and on-camera content will primarily guide candidate review.

Pay: $500.00 - $20,000.00 per month.
