Job Description

We are an IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, enhance, test, implement, and deploy software applications. This role offers the opportunity to maximize earning and growth potential while being part of a team that is praised by clients, job-seekers, and employees. The position is based in Coppell, Texas, and operates in a hybrid work mode (3 days onsite). It is a contract-to-hire role.

Requirements

The Senior Software Engineer must have strong hands-on development skills, the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and adherence to software development processes, quality assurance, configuration, and change-management.

• 4-10 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy software applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and create technical documentation.
• Follow software configuration, version control, testing, and quality-management processes.
• Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and identify root causes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Participate in Agile development and project activities.
• Provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers when required.
• Contribute to technical solutions, estimates, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:

• 7+ years in C#
• 7+ years in .NET Framework 4.5+
• 7+ years in T-SQL / SQL Server
• 2+ years in .NET Core
• 2+ years in JavaScript
• 2+ years in REST APIs
• 2+ years in Entity Framework
• Strong hands-on software development experience.
• Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with structured development and quality processes.
• Strong debugging and complex problem-solving skills.
• Experience with source/code management, version control, unit testing, and integration testing.
