Job Description
GreekYearbook is a nationwide photography company with a focus on headshots, group shots, and event photography. We are currently looking to expand our local photography team by hiring proficient photographers with great people skills. Ideal candidates should be capable of shooting all three types of photography but we are open to hiring those who specialize in at least one area.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Exceptional photography skills photographing people
- Proficient use of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
- Experience photographing in both studio and on location
- Understanding of color spaces, image quality settings, and formats
- Adherence to timelines and a creative approach to increase productivity
- Ability to follow guidelines set by the company and clients
- Able to assess outdoor lighting for optimal photo locations
- Great customer service skills and experience photographing people of all ages
Education and Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in photography, specifically photographing people
- Must own a DSLR/Mirrorless camera (16+ MP), Speedlights, wide angle and portrait lenses, and lighting equipment
- A portfolio with relevant work experience and examples is required
- High-speed internet is required for image transferring
Additional Information
This job is intended to fill spots in your freelance schedule, with no editing required as our in-house design team handles that. Compensation starts at $150 for small jobs, increasing based on the size and type of work. Interested candidates should provide insights about themselves and their experience upon applying.
