Job Description

Fluencify is a platform where creators get paid to make short videos for global brands, with no audience required. If you’ve got an iPhone and a flair for creating engaging content, we want you on the team. This role involves creating authentic, short-form user-generated content (UGC) for real brands and providing feedback to shape future campaigns. It offers a fully remote and flexible working environment that can accommodate your class schedule.

Requirements

Nice to Have:

• Strong communication skills and a creative eye
• Experience with filming/editing TikTok or Reels-style content
• Reliability with deadlines and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (bonus points for proficiency in additional languages)
• A stable internet connection

Minimum Requirements:

• Ages 18-30, currently a student or recent graduate
• Must own an iPhone (the Fluencify app is iOS-only) and have an understanding of social media trends and storytelling
• Willingness to complete at least one full campaign

Compensation

Earn based on performance/CPM: $1,000 minimum per 1,000,000 views, with rates varying by brand and campaign. Additional bonuses available for standout performance.
