Job Description

The Enterprise Financial Services Division is seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive Siebel development, configuration, integration, and reporting experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested applications and supporting the design, development, integration, testing, implementation, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Siebel 8.x/IP18, Siebel Open UI, Siebel EIM/EAI, Siebel integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE, OBIEE, Power BI, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Experience

Siebel Development – 40%

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, focusing on configuration and development.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Siebel Business Layer objects
• Experience using Siebel Tools Software.
• Experience editing Siebel Web Templates.

• Experience administering Siebel Approval Manager.

Reporting Development – 35%

• Working knowledge of Siebel Open UI concepts.

General Software Development Skills

• Experience in programming and analysis at the required senior level.
• Experience throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with object-oriented and/or third-generation language development tools.
• Strong application development, implementation, and maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Oracle / Database Skills

• Experience with Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
• Strong programming skills in Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix Shell Scripts, and ODI.
• Business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and other Oracle E-Business modules.

Desirable Skills

• Experience developing Internet-ready applications.
• Knowledge of Rapid Application Development methodologies.
• Experience reviewing product installation scripts.
• Familiarity with AODA regulations and standards.

Public Sector Experience – 5%

• Experience with various Siebel modules within public-sector environments.

Soft Skills – 20%
