Job Description

This is a remote position. Archive is assembling a team to build a bilingual digital platform for a non-profit organization. Each role has one planned assignment, with specialist involvement as needed. Qualified people may cover more than one role.

Client’s internal team leads product, business project management, UX/design, and English/French content. Archive leads technical delivery and handover. All candidates should demonstrate relevant delivery experience, collaborative working, and clear documentation. Nonprofit or education experience is an asset.

This contract role involves building and testing reliable connections between client websites and systems such as Zoho CRM, Canvas, Zoom, and the current volunteer management system. The goal is to deliver agreed data feeds to the Client’s separately managed enterprise data environment.

Requirements

API, webhook, and event-based integrations across CRM, learning, and business applications.

Data mapping, authoritative records, identifiers, synchronization, and reconciliation.

Secure service authentication, retries, rate limits, and integration monitoring.

Integration testing and documentation; direct Zoho, Canvas, or Make experience is an asset.

5 to 10 years of experience required, with availability within a month. Remote work is an option, but the position will remain open until filled.

Must be fluent in spoken and written English; being fluent in spoken and written French is a significant asset.

Preferred candidates are contractors located in Canada or the USA. The client is based on the East Coast of Canada, so candidates must be available during standard EST business hours.
