Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in .NET development with strong hands-on C# expertise.
• Develop and support business- and mission-critical solutions within the insurance domain.
• Take technical ownership of solution architecture across design, implementation, enhancement, and further development.
• Drive technical discussions and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.
• Design and optimize complex hybrid data storage strategies, including distributed SQL databases and high-performance in-memory JSON document stores.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using AMQP-based asynchronous messaging.
• Leverage observability and monitoring platforms to ensure system reliability, performance, and availability.
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams and mentor developers.
• Integrate cloud-native capabilities and enterprise cloud design patterns into business solutions.
• Develop applications using modern .NET, including .NET 8 and .NET 10, with advanced C# programming practices.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions.
• Develop robust and resilient REST API integrations with external services.
• Contribute to agile delivery teams based on collaboration, shared responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Extensive experience designing and scaling applications using modern .NET frameworks, including .NET 8/10.
• Strong expertise in hybrid data storage, distributed SQL databases, and high-performance in-memory JSON document stores.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging using AMQP platforms.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools, such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or SolarWinds.
• Strong technical leadership and architectural design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong experience integrating external services using robust and resilient REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native hosting, and microservices.
• Experience in insurance or other business-critical enterprise environments.
