Job Description

Justice Technology Services is seeking a Senior Software Developer – CRM to support the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization Program. The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated support, data, reporting, and development team that includes both internal and vendor resources. Key focus areas will include implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, technical enhancements, reporting, and data solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and related systems. A significant component of the role involves Power BI reporting and visualization using Dynamics 365 data.

The candidate will also provide technical troubleshooting, support system/integration/user acceptance testing, participate in deployments and post-go-live stabilization, document technical work, and deliver knowledge transfer to Ontario Government staff.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Enterprise Application Development: 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Power BI: Proven proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, interactive reports, dashboards, and advanced Power BI functionality.
• Dynamics 365 CE / F&O Reporting: Proven experience producing reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE based on approved technical designs and user requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE and supporting systems.
• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business and user requirements.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reports and data.
• Participate in deployment activities and provide technical support during post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide knowledge transfer to designated Ontario Government staff and team members.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders while following Ontario Government standards.

Technical Skills & Experience

Dynamics 365 CE Development

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and its various components.

Power BI

• Strong Power BI experience, including data modeling, interactive report development, and dashboards.

SQL & Data

• Strong experience with SQL, including complex queries and performance troubleshooting.

Data Integration & ETL

• Experience with various data integration techniques.

Data Warehouse / Lakehouse

• Experience developing reports using Data Warehouse / Lakehouse environments.

Development, DevOps & Collaboration

• Experience in structured enterprise development environments, including Azure DevOps.
