Job Description

This is a remote position for a Technical Operations & SEO Specialist at Outsource Access. The company assists high-end residential and commercial painting contractors in streamlining their technical operations and expanding their market reach. The role focuses on providing secure, high-performing digital environments and multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Securing & Hardening Digital Assets: Conduct comprehensive server and database audits to eliminate malware backdoors, patch vulnerabilities, and restore search engine trust through Google Search Console.
• Driving Organic SEO & Site Performance: Manage technical WordPress health, optimize page load speeds, and execute targeted on-page SEO strategies to secure top-tier search rankings.
• Maximizing Local Search Visibility: Oversee Google Business Profile optimizations and navigate Local Services Ads background verifications to capture high-value local leads.
• Scaling Multi-Channel Marketing: Segment targeted lead databases, deploy automated email drip sequences, and engage local social media communities to generate direct customer inquiries.
