Job Description

Position: UGC Video Creator, Fitness Content

Company: Hobby Fit Club - Remote

Pay: $23-27/hour, paid weekly

Hobby Fit Club is a live-coached online strength training program for busy professionals, conducting live classes over Zoom, coached in real-time by certified trainers.

Responsibilities:

• Film original short-form talking-head videos from your phone using provided talking points and key messages.
• Utilize your own voice, phrasing, and structure; focus on message delivery rather than exact wording.
• Capture authentic and natural reactions on camera, in your own style.
• Minimal editing required; raw footage is sent directly to the editing team.
• Manage your filming schedule and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Incorporate feedback on finished videos and explore new approaches based on performance.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are comfortable creating content related to fitness, strength training, and healthy habits.
• Can present naturally, confidently, and relatable on camera.
• Have experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Can produce content that feels authentic and organic, avoiding traditional advertising vibes.
• Can consistently create content and meet deadlines.
• Are responsive to feedback and willing to test new strategies.
• Are proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Have access to a good-quality smartphone.
• Have a quiet, well-lit filming space available.
• Are fluent in conversational English.

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior experience creating UGC or short-form content.
• Strong understanding of current trends and content formats.
• Interest in content creation, marketing, or social media.
