Job Description

TIMESTAMP Photo Booth is looking for a freelance Event Content Creator / Videographer to capture engaging photo and video content at select weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private events throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. The objective is to showcase the TIMESTAMP Photo Booth experience through authentic footage of guests interacting with the booth and enjoying the event atmosphere.

This role is not full-event videography; the focus will primarily be on the TIMESTAMP booth and the guest experience during a designated portion of the event.

Requirements

• Experience creating short-form social media content
• Own high-quality camera equipment
• Comfortable capturing both horizontal and vertical footage
• Understand lighting, composition, exposure, and basic camera movement
• Comfortable filming in active event environments
• Able to recognize fun, natural, and engaging candid moments
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation
• Available for events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Preferred experience includes working with weddings, corporate events, hospitality, nightlife, brand activations, or event content creation. Strong smartphone content creators with an excellent portfolio may also be considered.

Compensation

The pay rate is $275 per completed event, typically consisting of approximately 1–2 hours of on-site coverage plus light post-production.

This is a freelance, gig-based opportunity, with events offered individually based on availability and the potential for recurring work as TIMESTAMP’s event volume grows.

Future Content Opportunities

As TIMESTAMP builds a larger library of event footage, there may be opportunities for additional paid editing projects beyond individual event coverage, including creating a website hero/header video, social media compilations, advertising creative, or other marketing content using footage captured across multiple TIMESTAMP events. These projects will be compensated based on their scope, separate from the standard $275 event rate.
