Job Description

OnToCollege is seeking a part-time Email Marketing Specialist to plan, write, and execute email campaigns that drive high school adoption of our online test-prep programs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Write and design email campaigns targeted to high school administrators, counselors, and other decision-makers.
• Build and manage nurture sequences and drip campaigns to support school partnerships.
• A/B test subject lines, content, and send timing to improve performance.
• Regularly monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and report weekly on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with school calendars and test dates.
• Plan on 8 to 15 hours a week of undistracted, fully-focused work driving new OnToCollege business.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required).
• Strong copywriting skills, with a portfolio of past email campaigns.
• Experience in B2B or education-sector marketing preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and virtually on a part-time schedule, while collaborating with the team to optimize campaigns and results.

Additional Information

Compensation:

• The expectation is that this role will be an independent contractor who focuses up to 15 hours of their work week solely on OnToCollege’s email marketing.
• Hourly pay starts at $30 plus a potential bonus based on success, so that results will affect ultimate compensation.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 15.0 per week
