Job Description

The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking a Senior Software Developer – CRM to design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, .NET, C#, and JavaScript. The successful candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with the following:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure
• Dynamics 365 solution design, interoperability, and integration with other Microsoft cloud technologies
• Low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
• Dataverse design and development
• Development using Azure technologies
• .NET, C#, JavaScript
• Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including task boards and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud platforms, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform

Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Extensive hands-on development experience with:

• Case Management
• Knowledge Management
• Customer Service Workspace and its configuration
• Agent Experience Profiles, Session Templates, Workstreams, and Routing

Power Platform
Experience developing solutions using:

• Power Apps - Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages
• Custom PCF Controls and server-side templating using Liquid

Custom Application Development
Hands-on experience with:

• Custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, Entity Framework
• Azure SQL and Azure development technologies

Cloud Architecture
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and proficiency across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud service models.

General Software Development Experience
Candidate should have experience in:

• Programming, systems analysis, application design, and development
• Structured software development methodologies and troubleshooting
• Unit testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Oracle / Enterprise Application Experience (Additional Requirement)
Experience with Oracle technologies and business applications such as Oracle E-Business application customizations, PL/SQL, SQL, and related modules.

Agile / DevOps
Experience working with Agile methodologies, Kanban/task boards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional IT teams throughout the SDLC.

Communication & Business Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical documentation abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and teamwork capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications
• Experience with programming Internet-ready applications and RAD methodologies
• Knowledge of Information Management principles and AODA regulations

Work Arrangement

This is a 100% onsite position at 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks.
