Job Description
Lead Salesforce Developer with 7–10 years of experience to join an Agile team within a Commercial Credit Technology organization. This person will lead technical development efforts, contribute to enterprise Salesforce initiatives, and work closely with business and technology teams.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Administration
- Experience as a Lead Developer on large enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Strong MuleSoft/ESB and API integration experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, technical design, and code reviews
- Experience with testing, deployment/release management, and Metadata API
- Strong communication and leadership skills with minimal oversight
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Nice to Have: Financial Services/Banking experience, Salesforce PD1 certification, Lightning, nCino, Informatica/ETL, and experience mentoring junior developers.
Additional Information
Location: Charlotte, NC - hybrid - 3 days onsite
Contract Duration: 12-18 months
Compensation: $65/hour W2; Not available C2C or 1099
