We are seeking a talented Freelance Interior Concept Designer to lead the furniture and wall art direction for two distinct rooms. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual interior designs for two rooms, emphasizing furniture selection, wall art, color schemes, and lighting to create cohesive and inspiring spaces.
• Create detailed 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Revit to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Produce accurate construction detail documentation and drafting using AutoCAD and Bluebeam to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget constraints through clear communication and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all phases of the design process are completed on schedule.
• Conduct building code analysis and ensure all design elements comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Source furniture pieces, wall art, lighting fixtures, and other decor elements that align with the overall concept while considering quality and cost-effectiveness.

Experience

• Proven experience in residential interior design projects with a strong portfolio showcasing furniture layout, wall art curation, and space planning.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino), and rendering software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
• Knowledge of building code compliance, construction detail documentation, and renovation processes.
• Strong skills in graphic design software for presentations and client proposals.
• Experience in lighting design sales or managing lighting projects is a plus.
• Excellent client communication skills with a professional approach to managing contracts and project expectations.
