Job Description

Dolead is seeking a Freelance CRO Specialist – Conversion & Experimentation to improve the performance of landing pages and lead-capture journeys across its international client base.

The role will focus on two areas:

• Scaling proven concepts: Applying validated conversion ideas across different clients, industries and markets.
• Exploring new opportunities: Identifying conversion issues, developing clear hypotheses and running experiments to validate potential improvements.

The successful candidate will manage experiments from hypothesis through to analysis and conclusion. They will use data to improve conversion rates while protecting the quality and downstream value of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse funnel performance and identify conversion opportunities.
• Develop measurable hypotheses and prioritise experiments based on potential business value.
• Design and launch A/B tests using internal tools, in collaboration with design, technology and paid media teams.
• Use Looker and funnel data to assess performance from traffic through to qualified lead generation.
• Evaluate experiments based on both conversion rates and lead quality.
• Manage multiple experiments and keep progress, risks and blockers visible.
• Document results, business impact and lessons learned for wider reuse across the CRO function.
• Help develop a scalable experimentation methodology and CRO playbook.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CRO, experimentation, growth, digital marketing or web analytics.
• Experience independently designing, running and concluding A/B tests, including the ability to discuss both successful and unsuccessful experiments.
• Good understanding of funnel data, conversion rates, traffic volumes, sample size, confidence levels and test duration.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage several experiments simultaneously.
• Ability to evaluate lead quality and downstream value, not just form completion or initial conversion rate.
• Practical experience with BI and reporting tools such as Looker, Google Workspace—particularly Sheets—and project management tools such as ClickUp.
• Curiosity about consumer behaviour and the complete marketing funnel.
• Highly autonomous, structured and able to prioritise work independently.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have: Experience designing or building landing pages, working in lead generation or paid media, and knowledge of French or Spanish.

Contract and Working Arrangements

• Freelance / independent contractor position.
• Fully remote.
• Work with an international team across Europe and North America.
• English is the working language, with regular availability during European working hours required.

Recruitment Process

1. Application screening: Completion of a short questionnaire and video introduction covering experience and approach to experimentation.
2. Practical exercise: A short exercise based on a live landing page. All necessary information will be provided in the brief.
3. Interview: Discussion of the exercise, previous experience and approach to CRO.
4. Final discussion and contract.
