Job Description

POCHAR LLC is seeking two seasonal, part-time Social Media and Live Streaming team members to manage the company’s social media presence and support customer engagement across Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.

The role involves creating and editing product videos, hosting live streams, presenting products, answering customer questions, managing social media accounts, and developing content that builds brand awareness, increases engagement, and supports sales.

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form product videos demonstrating product features and real-world applications.
• Host live streams, present products, answer questions, and provide basic product support.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to followers, and growing audience engagement and traffic.
• Encourage customers to submit product questions or issues through email, photos, or videos.
• Create content that strengthens brand awareness and supports sales goals.
• Perform customer service tasks and assist with other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience filming and editing short-form product videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and hosting live streams.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon Live.
• Understanding of the needs of kindergarten through K–12 teachers and schools.
• Education industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage social media accounts with a focus on increasing followers and engagement.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused communication skills.
• Amazon Live streaming experience is preferred.
• At least one year of social media management experience is preferred.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a set work schedule.

Position Details

• Seasonal, part-time position
• 15–20 hours per week, with approximately 20 scheduled hours
• Onsite and in-person in Ontario, California
• Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
• Flexible schedule
