Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to lead our digital presence and increase brand engagement across key social media platforms. The role involves creating compelling content, managing online communities, executing data-driven campaigns, and supporting lead generation within the business management sector.

• Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies.
• Create high-quality graphics, reels, and short-form videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Manage daily Instagram and Facebook activities, including scheduling posts through Meta Business Suite.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Research trends and hashtags to improve content reach and relevance.
• Monitor social media analytics, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
• Respond to comments and messages to build an active and loyal online community.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and support paid Meta advertising campaigns.
• Contribute to content calendars and maintain a consistent flow of planned content.
• Apply basic SEO principles to improve content discoverability.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of professional experience in social media management or a related field.
• Experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts using Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in creating visual content and short videos with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce persuasive captions, copy, and content plans.
• Ability to research trends and hashtags and apply findings to content strategies.
• Competence in interpreting social media analytics and making performance-based recommendations.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, Meta Ads, and lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic SEO concepts.
• Interest in or knowledge of business management principles.
