Job Description
Seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current-state processes and data, and translate findings into clear IT requirements and analysis documentation.
The role involves working across relational and non-relational database environments, including Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and NoSQL technologies. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data analysis, modelling, mapping, and transformation activities.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in data analysis or a related business data analyst role.
- Strong SQL skills in both relational and non-relational database environments.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ability to assess current-state processes and produce detailed IT requirements.
- Working knowledge of data modelling, schema structures, data mapping, and data transformation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
