Job Description
We are seeking an IVR Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support DTMF IVR applications using Cisco CVP, Call Studio, Java, and related contact centre technologies.
The role involves developing customer self-service solutions, integrating IVR applications with backend systems and agent desktops, and supporting call routing and queuing through UCCE/ICM. Experience with Amazon Connect is an advantage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing DTMF IVR applications within Cisco CVP/contact centre environments.
- Proficiency with Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements using Java, Call Studio GUI, and Apache Tomcat.
- Strong Java development experience, including backend integrations with HTTP REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.
- Experience with CVP Java development, API integration, data sharing between IVR systems and agent desktops, and customer self-service solutions.
- Knowledge of UCCE/ICM integration, including routing scripts, DNIS, skill-group queuing, CTI variables, and the Finesse Agent Desktop.
- Experience with Cyara is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is an advantage.
