Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sound Technician to support in-house Christian worship services and online streaming events. The role is responsible for delivering clear, balanced, high-quality audio for live and virtual audiences.

• Operate and manage audio equipment during worship services and online events.
• Monitor and adjust audio levels in real time to maintain sound quality.
• Coordinate with worship leaders and technical team members regarding audio needs.
• Troubleshoot audio issues promptly during services and events.
• Complete minimal equipment setup and takedown before and after events.
• Maintain equipment and keep the audio workspace safe and organized.

Requirements

• Prior experience in live sound engineering or audio production is preferred.
• Knowledge of mixers, microphones, speakers, and streaming hardware or software.
• Ability to operate sound systems efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work scheduled worship services and special events.
• Ability to complete a background check.

Additional Information

• Pay: $16.55–$19.64 per hour
• Expected hours: 4–6 hours per week
• Work location: In person
