Job Description

We are seeking a Videographer and Video Editor to produce high-quality, results-driven content for a growing marketing agency. The role includes planning and managing client shoots, filming on-site content, editing videos, and creating engaging assets for social media and paid advertising campaigns.

The successful candidate will collaborate with media buyers, strategists, and clients to develop content that supports campaign goals. Projects may include interviews, walkthroughs, promotional videos, social media content, and advertising creatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and coordinate video shoots with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and media buyers on ad creatives.
• Film on-site content for a range of clients and industries.
• Create videos with strong hooks, clear storytelling, effective pacing, and professional visual quality.
• Manage and organize footage, project files, and deliverables.
• Meet deadlines and maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Re-edit and optimize content based on performance data or client feedback.

Requirements

• Professional videography experience with a portfolio required.
• Strong understanding of video content for social media and paid advertising.
• Ability to use appropriate lighting, audio, framing, and camera techniques.
• Good understanding of storytelling, timing, pacing, and visual composition.
• Reliable, organized, and professional approach to work.
• Ability to adapt to different clients, industries, and content styles.
• Ability to manage both video production and post-production workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Basic understanding of marketing and performance-driven content.
• Ability to direct and coach clients while they are on camera.

Additional Information

Job Title: Videographer

Location: Orange County, California; on-site shoots required.

Work Arrangement: In person.

Pay: $25.00–$70.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hourly, per-project, and monthly retainer options may be available.
