Production Assistant for Brown BayUrgent
Production Assistant is needed in Accra, Ghana.
We are looking for a Production Assistant to support Brown Bay’s beauty product operations. You will help track production schedules, purchase orders and shipment timelines; coordinate with packaging suppliers, ingredient vendors and third-party manufacturers; and assist with inventory audits, component tracking, sample approvals and quality checks. You will also organise raw material, retention and lab samples and work with product development, marketing and operations teams to support product launches.
This is a full-time contract role based on-site in Accra, Ghana, with applicants willing to travel also considered. We need someone with at least one year of experience in product operations, supply chain, beauty product development or administrative support. Experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, confident communicating with vendors, and proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
