Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer specializing in CRM solutions to design, develop, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
The role involves working across low-code and custom development, integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft cloud technologies, and delivering scalable applications and services using Azure, .NET, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience designing solutions using Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 interoperability, integration, and capabilities with other Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Experience with both low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365.
- Working knowledge of .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profiles, session templates, workstreams, and routing.
- Experience with custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
