Job Description

Edge Sports Medicine and The No Pain Club are seeking a local Videographer and Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging video and photography content for two sports rehabilitation, performance, recovery, and wellness brands.

The role involves on-site filming in Bergen County, New Jersey, with remote editing.

The ideal creator can develop strong hooks, shape clear stories, direct people who may be unfamiliar with being on camera, and adapt content to the distinct audiences and styles of both accounts. You will also use performance feedback to improve future content and help establish a recognizable visual identity for the brands.

Requirements

• Ability to film and edit independently using suitable camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to direct clinicians, staff, and clients during filming.
• Strong understanding of short-form video hooks, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Ability to translate professional rehabilitation expertise into accurate, accessible content.
• Ability to adapt editing and creative direction for different social media audiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Reliable availability for on-site filming in Bergen County, NJ.
• Experience in fitness, sports, rehabilitation, wellness, or personality-led content is preferred.
• Relevant short-form video work samples are required; a résumé alone will not be considered.
• Applicants must identify their specific contribution to each submitted project, such as concept development, scripting, filming, editing, or account management.
• Applicants must provide performance evidence for at least two examples, including relevant analytics or verifiable results.

Monthly Deliverables

• Up to six hours of on-site filming, generally completed in one session or divided across two sessions.
• Eight edited vertical videos, typically 15–45 seconds each, combined across both accounts.
• Ten edited photos featuring treatment demonstrations, movement, staff, and behind-the-scenes content.
• One planning call and an approved shot list before filming.
• Branded cover images for each video.
• Subtitles where appropriate, audio cleanup, and color correction.
• Clean video exports and organized, reusable raw footage.
• One consolidated revision round per video.

Deadlines and Compensation

The first four video drafts are due within seven calendar days of filming. Remaining video drafts and photos are due within 14 days. Revisions are due within five business days of receiving feedback.

The monthly package budget is $1,000 and includes planning, filming, photography, editing, local travel, and revisions. The listed pay range is $600–$1,000 per month. The engagement will begin with a paid first month, with the potential for an ongoing relationship.

Location and Work Arrangement

Work location: Hybrid remote in Paramus, NJ 07652. Filming is conducted on-site in Bergen County, NJ, while editing may be completed remotely.
