Job Description

Avygeo.com is a people-powered travel discovery platform where trusted creators share recommendations about places they have personally visited.

Freelance travel creators will produce authentic content about destinations, landmarks, hotels, restaurants, tours and travel agencies. Contributions should reflect the creator’s genuine experience, opinions and personal perspective.

Each contribution may include:

• Video: At least one minute long, featuring the creator’s face or voice. Smartphone footage and previously created content are accepted.
• Photos: Original photos taken by the creator on location.
• Text: A title and approximately 50 words describing the creator’s honest reaction.

Creators may submit up to 15 contributions per month. Content is published based on quality and authenticity, regardless of whether the review is positive or negative. Published content will be identified as part of Avygeo’s creator program.

Requirements

• Personal experience visiting the place or experience being featured.
• Ability to create honest, engaging travel videos.
• Comfort appearing on camera or narrating videos.
• Access to a smartphone and suitable lighting.
• Ability to take original photos and create short written descriptions.
• Strong personal perspective and willingness to share both positive and negative opinions.
• Existing social media followers are welcome but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Paid per published contribution, with higher rates for contributions that include photos and video.
• Follower bonus for new followers brought to the creator’s Avygeo profile.

• Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: No more than 10 hours per week.
