Keynote Speaker Promo & Reel Footage

Videographer is needed in London, United Kingdom.

Capture a 1-hour keynote speaking event on site, including a continuous 20-minute talk, candid guest/audience coverage, posed group images, and 2–3 guest video testimonials. Please arrive ready to set up quickly and work within the event schedule.

Record the keynote in landscape 16:9 with centered framing that supports vertical 9:16 social cutdowns. Clean, direct speech audio is essential: provide a wireless lavalier mic or take a direct feed from the venue sound board. Capture audience reactions and event atmosphere without interrupting the presentation.

Deliver a fully edited HD keynote video, a 60–90 second speaker highlight reel, a 60-second event recap reel, and 2–3 edited testimonial videos of 30–60 seconds each. Also provide 20–30 edited high-resolution event photos, including speaker portraits, audience reactions, group shots, and room details.

Content will be used publicly on a speaker website, press kit, and LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Include full commercial usage rights and share relevant examples of event/speaking videos, clean lavalier-recorded audio, and live-event photography.

A zumba lover, kind, helpful and woman who wants to impact the world through her speaking and has recently opened a company called Victoria Anning Enterprises. The goal is to become a full-time paid public speaker in a few years or less. This is one of the big steps I am taking to get there.
