Job Description
House of Hearts ABA is seeking a creative, authentic UGC Creator to produce short-form video content that supports autism awareness, ABA therapy, family empowerment, and the company’s mission.
The creator will produce engaging 1–5 minute videos for the company’s social media platforms and website. Content should be heartfelt, relatable, and aligned with provided brand guidelines, scripts, or prompts.
- Create regular UGC-style videos on assigned topics.
- Use a warm, natural, and engaging on-camera presence.
- Follow creative direction, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with the House of Hearts ABA team and incorporate feedback.
- Contribute original ideas and creative approaches to content development.
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on camera with a friendly and confident presence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create natural-sounding content.
- Ability to follow instructions while contributing personal creativity and ideas.
- Reliable, organized, and consistent in meeting deadlines.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience in ABA therapy, education, childcare, healthcare, or related content is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Pay: $35 per approved video.
- Video length: 1–5 minutes.
- Role type: Per diem, contract-based independent creator.
- Schedule: Flexible; work is completed on the creator’s own time.
- Location: Fully remote.
