Job Description

OneBeat Dance Brands, part of Varsity Spirit and Varsity Brands, is seeking a remote Content Producer to support its dance competitions, national finals, and conventions. The role manages event media captured by photographers and videographers and creates engaging content for social media.

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and pack away video and media equipment for events.
• Lead or assist with media production setup and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee livestream and social wall operations.
• Ensure all production work meets OneBeat brand standards.
• Develop original social media content using event photography and video, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
• Film and edit event recap videos to OneBeat’s quality standards, completing revisions when required.
• Organize and manage media submitted by videographers.
• Select and upload standout photographs for the Social Media Coordinator.
• Provide backup support for photographers and videographers as needed.

Requirements

• Experience producing and editing photo and video content for social media or live events.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance.
• Ability to create visually compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Ability to troubleshoot media equipment and production issues.
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital media assets.
• Ability to work collaboratively and step into photography or videography responsibilities when required.
• Portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing experience is required.
• Work samples should demonstrate technical proficiency, storytelling, pacing, color correction, sound design where applicable, and overall creative execution.

Pay: $210–$315 USD per day
