Job Description
American Dream Media is seeking freelance and contract videographers to join its production team. The American Dream is an Emmy-nominated national television program focused on real estate, lifestyle, and culture, with programming featured on networks including Travel Channel, CNBC, and CBS.
Videographers will serve as local production professionals, filming high-quality television content in their respective cities. The role involves capturing interviews, lifestyle segments, real estate content, and supporting footage in a professional, fast-paced, run-and-gun environment.
Requirements
- Professional camera, such as a Sony A-series, Canon R5, Panasonic S1, GH5, or similar.
- Ability to deliver footage in MOV format at 1080 resolution and 8-bit or 10-bit color.
- Gimbal experience and equipment.
- Ability to wirelessly microphone at least two subjects.
- Experience filming walking-and-talking interviews, reality television, and lifestyle content.
- Run-and-gun production experience.
- Ability to white balance, frame, and expose footage correctly in-camera.
- Strong interview sound-recording techniques.
- Ability to capture quality A-roll interviews and supplemental B-roll footage on location.
- Ability to professionally interact with clients and guide on-camera talent through interviews.
- Real estate production experience is preferred.
- Drone experience is a plus.
