Job Description

Overtime Elite (OTE) is a global sports league focused on serving, educating, and empowering elite young basketball players as they progress toward professional careers.

The role is responsible for creating high-quality digital video content across documentary, reality, sports, branded, and social formats. The successful candidate will manage productions from concept through delivery, working closely with production, social, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, shoot, and produce digital video content, including docu-series, game coverage, interviews, branded content, commercials, and social media features.
• Manage the full video production process, including creative development, cinematography, lighting, editing, color correction, audio mastering, and delivery.
• Build relationships with subjects and represent OTE’s brand values while working in the field.
• Collaborate with production and social teams to meet creative and business objectives.
• Follow stories, facilitate scenes, and conduct interviews that support engaging narratives.
• Serve as director or director of photography on large-scale productions.

Requirements

• Experience or credits in digital, documentary, or reality programming.
• Applications are encouraged from candidates across a range of experience levels, from approximately one year of experience through senior-level professionals.
• Hands-on experience shooting with Sony cameras, including the FX9.
• Strong producing skills, including story development, interviewing, scene facilitation, and on-set coordination.
• Ability to manage video projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Experience across cinematography, editing, lighting, color correction, and audio production.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, creative, and social media teams.
• Willingness to undertake minimal travel.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary is approximately $75,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and company stock options.
