Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns. The role includes campaign setup, deployment, testing, performance monitoring, reporting, list management, segmentation, and troubleshooting.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support email marketing initiatives and ensure campaigns are accurate, effective, and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• Recent, hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns.
• Full-cycle campaign experience, including setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and related tools.
• Knowledge of email list management, segmentation, and targeting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience actively executing campaigns, rather than a background focused primarily on strategy, consulting, or leadership.

Additional Information

• Contract position covering a leave of absence, expected to last approximately three months.
• Potential opportunity to become permanent if the current employee does not return.
• Compensation: Low $30s per hour.
• Hybrid schedule after training: three days onsite and two days remote.
• Onsite location: Brookfield, Wisconsin.
