Job Description

Virgin Gifts is seeking an energetic, visually creative Social Content Creator & Influencer Specialist to promote its experience-gifting range across social media. The role combines hands-on content production with management of the company’s creator and influencer marketing programme.

You will create engaging, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, often appearing on camera and producing content in the field. You will also recruit and manage creators, coordinate experience-based collaborations, generate authentic user-generated content and grow Virgin Gifts’ social reach and engagement.

• Plan, film, edit and publish short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks and Shorts, alongside static social assets.
• Appear on camera as an authentic and enthusiastic representative of the Virgin Gifts brand.
• Manage the social editorial calendar in collaboration with Content and Growth teams.
• Increase engagement and follower growth across Virgin Gifts’ social channels.
• Identify, contact, onboard and maintain relationships with local and national creators.
• Coordinate creator partnerships, experience gifting, contracts, content delivery and tracking links through Impact.
• Optimise content for each platform and stay current with algorithms, trends, audio and emerging social features.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, conversions and creator marketing ROI.
• Organise and maintain a central library of raw and edited social assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing or creator community management.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video production for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere or InShot.
• Confidence and enthusiasm when presenting on camera.
• Experience with affiliate or creator marketing platforms, such as Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ or LTK.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships from outreach through to asset delivery.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, platform-native formats and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple creator campaigns, workflows and performance metrics.
• Based in the NYC Metro area, with flexibility to attend local activations, create field content and travel to other US cities.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in lifestyle, travel, hospitality or gifting brands.
• Experience running or growing a personal social media channel.
• Basic knowledge of paid social concepts, including Spark Ads, creator licensing and whitelisting.

• Salary of $75,000–$95,000 per year.
