Job Description

WindowStill is seeking motivated freelance photographers to capture high-quality photo and video content for residential and commercial properties. Photographers will work independently while collaborating with real estate agents and homeowners to understand their media needs.

Real estate photography experience is not required, as training will be provided for all services. This independent contractor role offers flexible, commission-based work paid per service, including photography, video, and floor plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with agents and homeowners to assess their media requirements.
• Plan and conduct professional property photo and video shoots.
• Deliver high-quality media within agreed timelines.
• Manage, organize, back up, and upload files.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Photography experience supported by a strong and versatile portfolio.
• Knowledge of videography and filming techniques.
• Confidence using professional cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting equipment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Professional DSLR or equivalent camera, wide-angle lens, and tripod.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel punctually to various locations.
• Stable internet connection for same-day media uploads.
• Desktop or laptop computer and smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Commission-based, per-service payment structure.
• Pay from $65.00 per day.
• Flexible schedule.
