Join a Las Vegas-based, community-first Roblox game studio creating innovative experiences for millions of players. The studio has over 8 billion game visits, 44 million monthly players, a 19 million-member community, and has won ten Roblox Innovation Awards.

We are seeking an Animator to work on an exciting new anime-style game. The role focuses on bringing characters, combat, cutscenes, and gameplay moments to life through high-quality R15 animation.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating R15 animations for emotes, movesets, and multi-rig combat.
• Animating cutscenes and camera movements to establish tone and pacing.
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to align animations with gameplay timing.
• Importing, testing, and refining animations in Roblox Studio.
• Identifying and resolving animation issues during implementation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of animation experience using industry-standard tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating R15 animation work.
• Experience creating combat animations, preferably involving multi-rig interactions.
• Experience with cutscene and camera animation.
• Proficiency with Roblox Studio and Roblox animation workflows.
• Availability to work in an EU or EST timezone.

Location

This is a remote-first position. Candidates based in the EU are preferred, though applicants working in an EST timezone will also be considered.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 plus bonus. Most offers fall within this range, though candidates with significantly different experience levels are encouraged to apply.
