Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a GCP Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

The role involves architecting and maintaining GCP resources, deploying and optimizing workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), managing serverless applications, and automating infrastructure through Terraform and scripting.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining GCP infrastructure using Terraform and other automation tools.
• Managing Google Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Filestore, and other data storage solutions.
• Configuring Cloud Load Balancers, including HTTP(S), TCP/UDP, and SSL Proxy load balancers.
• Optimizing resource allocation, monitoring, performance, and cloud costs.
• Deploying and managing containerized workloads on GKE using Docker and Helm.
• Automating scaling, rolling updates, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Deploying and optimizing serverless applications on Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
• Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Automating infrastructure deployment with Terraform, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Integrating security and compliance checks into DevOps workflows through DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on GCP.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services, including GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.
• Hands-on experience with GKE, Docker, GKE networking, and Helm.
• Experience automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
