Job Description
This is a remote opportunity for a motivated, self-directed individual based in the Phoenix area who is interested in digital marketing, client engagement and professional development.
The role involves learning established marketing and communication systems, connecting with interested individuals, conducting professional follow-up and developing client relationship management skills. Communication is primarily by phone and Zoom.
Training and ongoing support are provided. The role suits someone who is proactive, enjoys learning and can manage their time and activities independently.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and communication processes
- Professional approach to relationship building
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom
- Previous marketing, sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
