Job Description

Market Ready Creative is seeking a reliable freelance videographer to create polished, engaging video content for professionals, personal brands, and real estate clients. The role involves filming on location throughout Maricopa County, primarily in Scottsdale, and delivering organized footage to the agency team.

• Film clients, interviews, social media videos, real estate content, and supporting B-roll.
• Capture high-quality footage using strong composition, lighting, camera movement, stabilization, and clear audio.
• Follow creative briefs and shot lists while contributing creative ideas for compelling shots.
• Help clients feel comfortable and confident on camera.
• Bring and operate personal camera, lenses, audio, lighting, and stabilization equipment.
• Review footage and audio on location, organize files, and deliver footage promptly.
• Communicate clearly regarding availability, logistics, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong videography, lighting, and audio skills, with the applicant’s role identified in each example.
• Reliable professional filming equipment and the ability to troubleshoot on location.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, professionalism, and confidence working directly with clients.
• Ability to travel to shoots throughout Scottsdale and Maricopa County.
• Ability to work a variable schedule based on client bookings.
• Real estate videography experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting pay is $75 per hour, with higher rates considered based on experience, portfolio quality, and equipment.
• Applicants should provide their preferred hourly rate and any minimum booking requirements.
• Expected volume is approximately 1–5 shoots per week initially, but this is not guaranteed.
• Shoot timing, duration, and availability will be coordinated for each booking.
