Job Description

Captain Clean Pro Wash is a family-run exterior cleaning company serving Skagit, Island, Snohomish, and Whatcom Counties. The company provides roof, house, and gutter cleaning, as well as holiday light installation.

We are seeking a local content creator to produce authentic short-form video that helps attract new customers. The role involves visiting job sites 3–5 days per month to film crews, the owner, and customer properties; editing vertical videos for Facebook, Instagram, and advertising; managing organic social media pages; and collaborating with the ad manager to develop new ads based on successful content.

Content should be simple, authentic, and customer-focused, with phone-shot video encouraged where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least one year of content creation experience for a home services or trades business, such as roofing, cleaning, landscaping, or contracting.
• Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts, with measurable results or examples to share.
• Own camera and video editing equipment.
• Comfortable working outdoors on active job sites in Northwest weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and residence within driving distance of Mount Vernon, Washington.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form vertical video.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in exterior cleaning or a similar home services industry.
• Knowledge of Meta advertising.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification.

Compensation and Schedule

• $2,000–$3,000 per month depending on experience, paid as a monthly package.
• Hourly equivalent listed at $35–$50 per hour.
• Expected schedule of 10–15 hours per week.
• Freelance or part-time employment options available.

• Hybrid remote position based in or near Bellingham, Washington, with regular travel to job sites and the Mount Vernon area.
