Job Description

TourDSpace is seeking a personable and hardworking in-house videographer to create ongoing content for retainer clients throughout the Cleveland area.

The role involves working with business owners, professionals, clients, and the TourDSpace team to produce social media videos, interviews, business features, promotional content, and other branded video materials.

The videographer will capture and upload footage after each assignment. Post-production editing is not required.

• Film content for ongoing client retainer accounts.
• Capture steady gimbal footage, engaging B-roll, and clear audio.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and stabilization equipment.
• Help clients feel comfortable on camera and provide friendly direction.
• Follow creative briefs, shot lists, brand guidelines, and client objectives.
• Arrive prepared and on time for each production session.
• Communicate scheduling updates, questions, and production issues promptly.
• Organize and upload footage on time, including clear notes for the editing team.
• Coordinate with the TourDSpace team regarding client requests, revisions, and scope changes.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve content quality and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain and care for production equipment.

Requirements

• Camera and/or gimbal experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with lighting, audio, and social media content is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and reliable follow-through.
• Personable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Compassion and patience when working with people unfamiliar with being on camera.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, professional work.
• Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to apply it.

Compensation and Growth

Compensation is listed as $40–$45 per hour, based on experience. The posting also lists an annual pay range of $20,000–$50,000.
