Job Description

Ai Fiori is seeking a part-time seasonal Community & Content Coordinator to manage the restaurant’s daily social media presence and build an engaged online community.

The role will work closely with AMG Marketing, Darnelle, restaurant operations and The Langham’s marketing and social teams to create timely, visually consistent content that showcases Ai Fiori’s food, beverage, people and hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Publish five Instagram in-grid posts per week, including reels, carousels, photography and promotional content.
• Publish at least two Instagram Stories every other day, combining original content and relevant reposts.
• Create captions, edit photography and video, and maintain Ai Fiori’s visual identity and brand voice.
• Incorporate relevant social trends, formats, music and audio appropriately.
• Produce four Instagram reels per month, including event coverage, creator content and original restaurant storytelling.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar through December 31, 2026, based on key dates, promotions and business priorities.
• Spend one service period per week on-site at Ai Fiori to capture food, beverage, atmosphere, service and behind-the-scenes content.
• Attend designated events and deliver recap reels within 48 hours.
• Develop a recurring series highlighting Ai Fiori’s team, culinary preparation, beverage expertise, service rituals and internal operations.
• Coordinate quarterly photo shoots with AMG Marketing and restaurant operations.
• Monitor and respond promptly to all incoming comments and direct messages, escalating service-related matters when necessary.
• Engage with guests, creators and relevant community accounts to build relationships and increase awareness.
• Identify, evaluate and manage content creator dining opportunities from outreach through completion.
• Assess creator partnerships using audience relevance, engagement, geography, performance and expected ROI.
• Document creator-dine results, including agreed and delivered content, performance, costs and measurable outcomes.
• Organize approved creator assets in the AMG Dropbox with appropriate labeling, usage permissions and reshare plans.
• Act as Ai Fiori’s social content liaison with The Langham’s marketing and social teams.
• Recommend high-performing Instagram posts for boosting, subject to AMG Marketing approval.
• Participate in biweekly check-ins and provide monthly performance reports covering social, community, creator and boosted-post activity.
• Use performance insights to recommend improvements for future content and partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media and community engagement for hospitality, restaurant, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Strong writing, photography and short-form video editing skills.
• Sound judgment when handling guest communications and creator relationships.
• Ability to interpret social media performance data and connect activity to business objectives.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across content calendars, events, assets and partner deliverables.
• Availability for weekly on-site service coverage and designated events, including evenings and weekends as required.
