Job Description

This is a remote, independent role focused on digital marketing, client acquisition and business growth within the personal development and leadership education sector.

Working alongside an established global team, you will promote digital personal development programs and guide interested individuals through a structured information process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing online marketing campaigns using available training and resources.
• Generating enquiries and reviewing campaign results to improve your approach.
• Conducting initial conversations with prospective clients.
• Coordinating next steps and maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Participating in regular team training and leadership development.

Requirements

• Currently based in the USA.
• An established professional background in marketing, business development, sales, communications or client relationships.
• Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn new platforms and methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients and following up professionally.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.
• Availability of approximately 15–20 hours per week for consistent activity.
• A computer, reliable internet connection and confidence using online tools.
• Comfort with an independent, performance-based structure where earnings depend on product sales.
• This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.

Compensation and Work Structure

This is an independent, performance-based business role. Earnings come from profits on product sales. You will be responsible for your own marketing activity, client communication and results.
