Job Description

We are seeking a talented and reliable freelance Event Videographer to join our creative team and film engagement parties, weddings, bridal showers, cultural events, and luxury events in the New York tristate area.

The ideal candidate understands storytelling, emotion, and cinematic detail, and can capture high-quality footage in fast-paced, live-event environments.

• Capture key moments, décor, details, and candid interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with photographers and other event professionals.
• Manage lighting, audio, and camera settings on-site.
• Ensure equipment is prepared and operational throughout each event.
• Deliver recorded footage promptly after events.

Requirements

• Experience filming weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, or other formal events.
• Professional camera equipment; Sony equipment is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of lighting and audio techniques.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in fast-paced, emotional environments.
• Fully charged batteries and appropriate backup equipment for each event.

Additional Information

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $50.00–$65.00 per hour
