Job Description

Koantek is seeking a Webflow Developer & Digital Experience Specialist to manage and enhance its digital presence within the Marketing team. The role combines Webflow development, UI/UX design, website optimization, and marketing support.

The successful candidate will translate business and marketing requirements into responsive, intuitive, and visually polished digital experiences. They will independently recommend page structures and layouts, rather than relying solely on completed design mockups.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, performance, accessibility, and scalability of Koantek’s Webflow platform.
• Build responsive landing pages, solution pages, CMS collections, forms, and reusable components.
• Use custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow functionality where required.
• Manage integrations, CMS architecture, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Apply strong principles of visual hierarchy, typography, responsive design, accessibility, and user experience.
• Design complete page structures and user journeys while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with Marketing to create campaign landing pages, event pages, and go-to-market experiences.
• Support technical SEO, metadata, page speed, accessibility, analytics, and GA4/tracking implementation.
• Provide supplementary design support for visual assets and client-facing Google Slides presentations.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve design, coding, and web production workflows.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders during designated overlap hours.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience building and managing Webflow websites.
• A portfolio featuring 2–3 live Webflow projects demonstrating both UI/UX design and development ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, animations, responsive design, and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, whitespace, user journeys, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business or marketing briefs into complete, functional web pages.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Strong visual standards, technical curiosity, and the ability to simplify complex technology concepts into clear web experiences.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Webflow frameworks such as Client-First or Relume.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools and practices, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, or marketing automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, cloud, data, AI, or IT professional services environments.
